This beautiful lake house has just finished a full remodel and redesign in 2024 to be the perfect vacation rental. Enjoy the year-round hot tub right next to the lake! Sit around the covered fire pit when it's rainy or enjoy s'mores around the lakeside fire pit. And in the morning, enjoy some Mickey Mouse chocolate chip waffles! NOTE: the owners are a nice retired couple who live in the basement unit with a separate entrance. The yard is a shared space. They love guests and are here to help!

House Rules

- Must be at least 25 years old to book. - You will receive a digital rental agreement after you book. The renter must sign this in order to get access to the home. - The maximum occupancy of 8 includes visitors and is strictly enforced. - 3 stairs required to access the home. - There is plenty of driveway parking available, including space for a boat trailer, but know there is a fairly narrow 100 foot driveway leading to the home. - Fireworks are prohibited on the property. The use of fireworks of any kind will result in immediate eviction without a refund. - This is a residential neighborhood with strict quiet rules. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If the police are called for any reason, including a noise complaint, it will result in immediate eviction without a refund. - This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet.

The view itself is worth staying here, the home and the amenities were above and beyond our expectations. Got to spend daytime fishing, kayaking, and boating, and evenings in the hot tub and fire pit area. We did not want to leave! Thank you for your hospitality, Michael (and Jason!). STAY HERE. You won’t regret it.

We didn’t have a chance to enjoy everything as there was so much to do! Our primary goal was to go hiking on Mount Rainier, which we did on 3 days at very different locations. We really enjoyed the hot tub, grilling on the porch and the beautiful huge kitchen. Jason was so friendly and helpful. The amenities for our 1 year-old were especially appreciated. We loved going for a boat ride, and kayaking out to see Mount Rainier from the lake. The accommodations were lush and spacious. It was definitely a luxurious vacation!

Amazing home right on beautiful Lake Sawyer! Lots of fun water activities. Michael responded immediately to all our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied guests. Truly a wonderful experience all around. Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever rented. Not only was the house super clean and inviting, it was serene with the lake front view. The owners are an absolute delight and were extremely response. We are looking forward to booking again in a couple of weeks. Excellent hospitality hands down.
