This beautiful lake house has just finished a full remodel and redesign in 2024 to be the perfect vacation rental. Enjoy the year-round hot tub right next to the lake! Sit around the covered fire pit when it's rainy or enjoy s'mores around the lakeside fire pit. And in the morning, enjoy some Mickey Mouse chocolate chip waffles! NOTE: the owners are a nice retired couple who live in the basement unit with a separate entrance. The yard is a shared space. They love guests and are here to help!

The renter must sign this in order to get access to the home. - The maximum occupancy of 8 includes visitors and is strictly enforced. - 3 stairs required to access the home. - There is plenty of driveway parking available, including space for a boat trailer, but know there is a fairly narrow 100 foot driveway leading to the home. - Fireworks are prohibited on the property. The use of fireworks of any kind will result in immediate eviction without a refund. - This is a residential neighborhood with strict quiet rules. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If the police are called for any reason, including a noise complaint, it will result in immediate eviction without a refund. - This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet.

This home was immaculate and beautiful. Clearly an updated home that still has some original well designed architecture like the built in desks in 2 bedrooms as well as exposed beams and a beautiful fireplace that was likely originally wood burning but was updated to gas. The dining/living area has an amazing view of the lake. The master bedroom has a dream bathroom with rain shower head and heated toilet seat. The outdoor amenities were great including a hot tub and fire pit area right next to the water and ducks come visit while you soak. The owners live on site in the basement unit and are lovely. They are welcoming without being intrusive. Overall the house had everything you could think of and the hosts are great. Our group was already talking about another trip up just to spend exclusively at the property relaxing. Highly recommend.

First impression, the cleanest Airbnb ever! Second impression, crazy view of the lake with huge windows on the walls. We had a great time here enjoying the tub, playing PS on the big TV, cooking and grilling. The host, Jason was super nice and responsive during our stay. We will come back here for sure!
